{"id":2038,"date":"2014-11-24T18:29:11","date_gmt":"2014-11-24T23:29:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.werideourbikes.com\/?p=2038"},"modified":"2014-12-01T16:16:09","modified_gmt":"2014-12-01T21:16:09","slug":"season-interrupted-time-to-have-fun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.werideourbikes.com\/?p=2038","title":{"rendered":"Season Interrupted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/112665471?title=0&amp;byline=0&amp;portrait=0\" width=\"700\" height=\"393\" frameborder=\"0\" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Well the 2014 racing season has come to an end and that can only mean one thing, time to relax and have some fun!<br \/>\nI have to admit, I got caught up in striving for results this season and it wound up <a href=\"https:\/\/www.werideourbikes.com\/?p=1793\" title=\"ESC Enduro at Blue Mountain, PA\">landing me in the hospital<\/a>. It was a tough lesson to learn but when you ride or race relaxed you perform better. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.werideourbikes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/BowlDrop_2-e1416018941929.jpg?ssl=1\" rel=\"lightbox\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.werideourbikes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/BowlDrop_2.jpg?resize=720%2C479&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"BowlDrop_2\" width=\"720\" height=\"479\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2045\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I had high hopes for this past enduro season but I wound up missing several big races that I had planned on participating in. It wasn&#8217;t fun missing those events but that&#8217;s how it goes some times.
